Liz Vassey has been acting since the age of 9 old. At the age of sixteen, she moved from New Jersey to New York in order to join the team in the show All My Children. She played Detective on Ringer as well as a Detective's Wife on Southland and a Bounty Hunter in CBS's Pilot The Odds; a Bank Robber in Medium, and even an RV traveling hooker. Swallow also appeared as an emermaid female as a mermaid, in Flight of the Conchords.
