Fawn Mckay
Fawn Brodie McKay, born on September 15, 1915 was a native of Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, born into the Mormon Church's First Family, utilized her writing talent as well as skills in researching to produce the intriguing biographical psycho-historical study of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 with the title:"No Man knows My History, she used both. This title is derived from a funeral sermon delivered by the founder of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844. He shocked those he addressed with the words: You don't know me I never told you about my heart. My story is not known to anybody. Nobody knows my story. Fawn, 29 years old, wrote Fawn has taken his place as a writer since that day. Many have mocked and denigrated him, while others attempt to identify the cause. There isn't a problem that there aren't enough documents but rather they are wildly divergent. It is a difficult task to assemble these documents by separating the first-hand versions from third-hand copies and fitting Mormon narratives with non-Mormon ones to form a cohesive mosaic. This is both exciting and instructive. FawnBrodie devoted herself to the career path. Thaddeus Steves was a world celebrity as a result of her research and her writing. The Devil drives (1959). The Story of Sir Richard Burton (1967) Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon and An Intimate Historiography (1974).
